These terms cover the public website and the start of a project. A written proposal or invoice will set the specific scope, price, and timeline for paid work. If they differ, the proposal wins for that project.
Using the site
You may read the pages and send an enquiry. You may not misuse the site, attempt to break it, or copy the design for another business and present it as your own.
Enquiries are not a contract
A message, call, or WhatsApp chat is a conversation. Work starts when both sides agree the scope. A 24-hour delivery applies only to a package whose brief has been approved and whose scope fits that package. Other work follows the timeline in the proposal.
Your materials
You confirm that logos, text, and images you supply are yours to use. You own the finished website delivered under a website package, except for third-party tools, fonts, stock, or plugins that keep their own licences.
Revisions and support
The rapid website package includes one major round of revisions within 48 hours of delivery and 30 days of support. The consultancy day includes three days of follow-up. Work outside that is quoted separately.
Results
We do not guarantee search rankings, advertising returns, or a particular number of customers. Marketing performance depends on the offer, the budget, the market, and the page people land on.
Liability
The website is provided in good faith. To the extent the law allows, Olastep Networks is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of this website. Liability for paid work is limited to the amount paid for that piece of work, except where the law does not allow a limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
